Do the rooms have air-conditioning?

Absolutely. Air conditioning is essential in Rome - especially during the summer. Our rooms have full climate control with heating in the winter and air-conditioning in the hot summer months

Is there internet access at the hotel?

Yes. Hotel Giuliana has FREE WiFi internet access available.

Is breakfast provided?

A full continental breakfast is included in the price of the room.

Are pets permitted in the hotel?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Will staff be able to speak my language?

Our staff are highly-trained and multi-lingual and can even arrange a host of booking services (e.g. restaurants, theatres, etc) if Italian is a problem for you.

Will staff always be available to help me?

Yes – our hotel reception is available to assist you from 07:00am to 23:00pm each day.

Is it easy to get to the hotel?

Yes. The hotel is very close to Termini train station - the transport hub of Rome. There are direct links to both of Rome's airports by coach and a direct high speed train link to Fiumicino from Termini.. We can also arrange for a chauffeured shuttle service to transport you to and from the airport if you prefer.

What is your policy in respect of children?

Children under 4 stay for free when using existing beds and a child under the age of 2 using a baby crib Euro 5,00 extra per night and can be settled at the hotel.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, American Express, Visa, Mastercard and CartaSi.


SPECIAL REQUESTS: Should one require something for a special occasion such as flowers, a bottle of champagne or wine etc. it will be a pleasure to arrange it for you and one can settle payment on arrival.
